COVID-19

Masks are required at all times during services.
Temperature checks will be performed upon arrival.
Only individual(s) with booked service will be permitted (no children or extra people).

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you wish to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice by cancelling online. There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours. No shows will be charged 100% for service(s) booked.

DEPOSIT

Nail Counseling earns wages by reserving time for clients and make every effort to schedule enough time for each clients needs. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve your spot and the balance is due at completion of services. (Note: Please refer to cancellation policy for other applicable fees)

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not come to your appointment we will request that you pay full price of the booked appointment as it is unlikely that we will be able to fill the appointment slot. You are considered a no-show after 30 minutes of the service start time.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive 5 mins earlier if you can to check-in and pick your color. Please let us know if you are going to be late by texting us, if you are more than 10minutes late we may have to shorten the treatment and if you are more than 15 mins late we may have to reschedule your booking and charge you in full for your service(s). You will be assessed a $10 late fee.

GEL POLISH

If you have a nude or lighter color please be careful as it may stain. Be careful with dark-colored clothes, beauty products, makeup and cooking with spices.
If you require a soak off please add this service as it isn’t included in the treatment time.
Please let us know if your gel wasn’t done at our salon as it may take longer for soak off.

ACRYLIC

If you require a soak off please add this service as it isn’t included in the treatment time.
Please let us know if your acrylic nails wasn’t done by Nail Counseling as it may take longer for soak off.
We do not do any work over on another nail tech’s work as we are not aware of what material they may have used. You will need to schedule a soak off and note this may take longer.
